GBP35k – GBP40k plus GBP5k car allowance and GBP60k+ OTE

We are recruiting a Business Development Manager for our client, a global Managed Print and Technology Specialist, who are actively looking to grow their sales team.

This is a hybrid role, and will be based from their offices in Cardiff 2 days per week and the rest WFH or with clients in and around the Gloucestershire area. This is a rare opportunity to take on a 50/50 split of existing clients alongside the development of new business.

As Business Development Consultant, day–to–day your responsibilities will include:
– Growing presence within the UK Commercial Sector through research and pipeline building.
– Identifying and nurturing relationships with prospective new clients.
– Delivering face–to–face and web–based sales presentations to clients.
– Managing and nurturing existing client relationships to encourage growth.

To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
– Ideally, you will have experience in selling within the Managed Print, IT or Technical space.
– Confident in building and maintaining strong client relationships across all business levels.
– Experience of solution–based selling to multiple stakeholders.
– Confident, clear, and inspiring communication and presentation skills.

You can expect a salary of GBP35k – GBP40k depending on your experience with on–target earnings of up to GBP60k+. There is also a generous benefits package including GBP5k car allowance, company pension, life assurance, gym membership, and excellent work culture.
