Malvern College are looking to appoint to the new role of Head of Operational Human Resources who will be responsible for managing the operational HR service to the UK Malvern College family of schools.

This post involves minimal contact with children and the post holder will not be responsible for children. The post holder will be considered to be in regulated activity.

Contract type: Permanent
Hours: The standard working week is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, there is likely to be a need to work outside normal working hours. A flexible approach to work and hours is required, especially during term time in order to fulfil the requirements of the role.
