Project Manager

Our Client, a Consultancy based in Nottingham, are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join them due to continued growth. You will be working on projects ranging up to 10 million in value and projects will consist of a selection of high valued public building. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to join a growing company that offer a strong pipeline of projects and an attractive package.

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate must have prior NEC experience and commercial project experience. The candidate must also be based local to Nottingham and projects will be in the Nottinghamshire region. This opportunity is also perfect for an Assistant Project manager with consultancy experience, looking to take the next step up in their career.

Project Manager Position Requirements

• Must have prior consultancy experience and NEC contract Knowledge
• Must be based local to Nottingham
• Strong design, commercial, financial and contractor management skills
• Good understanding of construction within Local Government and the wider Public Sector
• Full UK Driver's License
• Strong IT Skills

• Salary DOE – Highly competitive
