Operations & Finance Manager

The Recruitment Co are hiring an ambitious and self–driven Operations & Finance Manager for their client based in Dundee.

Salary: 30,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday–Friday 09.00–17.00

Contract: Permanent

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the HR function of all staff, charity business, and administrative operations and managing the staff directly related to those functions.
• Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes.
• Leading and motivating staff to achieve operational objectives.
• Establishing policies that improve and promote company vision and culture.
• Evaluate company performance and implement company strategies.
• Manage the operational budget and work in collaboration with the Finance Assistant.
• Develop strategies for raising awareness of the business including website and social media campaigns.
• Deliver monthly performance reports to the Board.
• Reviewing and identifying funding opportunities for the organisation.

Skills and Qualifications Requirements:

• Previous working experience at a senior manager's level for at least 3 years.
• Educated to degree level in Business Administration, Management or similar.
• In–depth knowledge of different business functions such as Business Development, strategy development and HR.
• Knowledge of financial principles such as budget management.
• Knowledge of fundraising, strategic planning, and business development.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and KPIs.
• Familiar with IT/Business infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of 365 Microsoft packages.
• Organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Report writing.
