Head of Strategic Partnerships

We have an exciting opportunity to lead the Strategic Delivery Partnership in Devon and Cornwall for the charity. This is a unique and innovative partnership between the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner and the organisation with the mission 'Together we will put victims at the centre of their own support'. The role is full time, working 37.5 hours a week.

Position: 4583 Head of Strategic Delivery Partnership

Location: Remote (Work from home with regular meetings in Exeter and Plymouth)

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (flexible working considered)

Salary: GBP47,754.36 per annum

Duration: Permanent

The Role

As a Head of Strategic Delivery Partnership, you will be:

  • Working in partnership with OPCC, to develop and deliver the strategic vision and mission for the partnership and the services delivered.
  • Ensuring funded providers are delivering high quality, accessible and effective services to victims, increasing the numbers supported and the impact of the support on their ability to cope and recover.
  • Reviewing and improving the commissioning model to ensure funding is allocated to providers in an evidence–based, demand and needs led way, ensuring value for money, social value, victim voice and equity of access.

About You

As Head of Strategic Delivery Partnership, you will need:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the impact of crime and trauma and best practice support models
  • Experience of managing contracts/service level agreements and/or performance of other suppliers
  • Ability to work at a strategic and operational level with partners and build positive relationships with organisations
