Interim Head of Engineering - Further education college

I'm working with an FE college based in the North–West that are looking for an Interim Head of Engineering.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading Curriculum Managers and tutors to identify opportunities for curriculum change and growth, based on the local market indicators

• Support Curriculum Managers to develop new provisions which meets LEP and local priorities and which allows the college to diversify income streams.

• Setting and monitoring and achieve targets / KPIs including those for recruitment, attendance, achievement, and success.

• Contributing to the SAR process, writing the appropriate sections.

• Undertake observations and learning walks. Conduct student disciplinary meetings and hearings

Contract length: 3–6months

Start date: January

Location: Manchester

Rate: Negotiable
