Contract Scotland s Cost Consultancy sector are delighted to have the opportunity to partner with a privately owned consultancy who are looking for an Associate/Director level candidate to join their practice in Glasgow as part of their strategic growth plans.

Having gone through a successful, and sustainable, period of continue growth and on the back of new project wins the practice have a need to bring on a strategic hire that will influence key decisions within the business and have a first hand say in the development and growth plans for the Glasgow office. You ll be working alongside a group of experienced surveyors and be steered by a board of directors who have taken ownership of the business in recent years and have a modern, dynamic view of their plans to expand.

As part of this role, you ll be working on technically challenging projects – some of which range from GBP100K small works to high value GBP40m – which buck the trend of the traditional volume works that are in the market and also be charged with the task of seeking new opportunities to bring in work for the practice. You ll be a key decision maker and influencer within the business whilst offering your technical skills to staff to develop them. You ll be a chartered surveyor with a demonstrable background in taking charge on projects as well as seeking to bring in new works for the future of the company.
