As HR Office / People Partner you will;

• Assist in Recruitment & Selection
• Be first point of contact for HR matters on site
• Act a point of liaison between HR, Management & Employees
• Support management of your own caseload
• Provide HR advice on employee related matters
• Develop Managers in Employee relations
• Collate evidence for tribunals
• Maintain and manage attendance

If you are;

• An experience HR Manager, Advisor, People Partner
• Thrive within a highly autonomous role
• Have experience working within a fast paced sector
• CIPD5 or above (or working towards)
