About the role of Regional Director at Komplex Care Group

Reporting into the Operations Director, this role is about having strategic accountability for the financial and operational performance of your region. This includes leading a senior team of Regional Operations Managers and Regional Nurse Managers, the management of quality and care standards, budget and cost control, commissioning of new packages of care, employee recruitment initiatives, engaging with a range of stakeholders and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

About you

• You have demonstrable evidence of change management
• You have a successful background within business development
• You have extensive experience of working in a CQC regulated environment
• You have successfully implemented new packages of care
• You are an experienced senior leader with previous management experience, preferably in the health and social care sector
• You have a strong understanding of the successful delivery of budgeted growth
• You have working knowledge of the current commissioning environment, current funding streams that is related to Health and Social Care
• You will preferably have experience of working across a range of service provisions, e.g: Complex Care, Supported Living, Dom care, Nursing Care Homes and Residential Care Homes
• It is desirable that you have worked within a Snr Management capacity previously
• You have strong presentation, promotion, and communication skills to be able to address a wide range of audiences

The interview process:

Shortlisting will be followed by a first interview conducted by the Operations Director and Director of nursing, if successful another interview will be held with the Operations Director and Managing Director, within this meeting a presentation will be expected, this will be discussed with you upon a successful first interview.
