Associate Director Project Manager Construction Consultancy

A large, international Project Management construction consultancy with a growing, multi–disciplinary team is looking for a capable and well–spoken Associate Director of Project Management to join their office in Newcastle.

The Associate Director Project Manager's Role

The successful Associate Director Project Manager will be overseeing projects in the retail, commercial, and residential sectors, with project values ranging from 1m – 100m and based throughout the UK.

As Associate Director Project Manager, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of the construction process from inception to completion, with an emphasis on completing projects on time, on budget, to quality and to client satisfaction.

The Associate Director Project Manager

• 10+ years of Project Management experience in construction consultancy
• Determined to take on a strong leadership role
• Well–spoken, personable, and client–facing
• Commercially aware and experience with business development
• RICS, CIOB, or APM accreditation
• Deep understanding of project delivery from inception to completion
• Pre and post contract development experience
