Lead Business Analyst / Business Analyst Manager
Lead Business Analyst / Business Analyst Manager with experience of setting up a Business Analysis function within an organisation and leading a small team required for an initial 6 month contract based in Greater London.
The intention of this newly established capability will be to address immediate need whilst ensuring a clear methodology and approach is put in place to provide the foundations for a sustainable capability that can be adopted by our client in the future.
Skills / competency:
– Establishing definition of Business Analysis
– Defining processes
– Standardisation of approach, common templates & documentation
– Aligning team to approach and processes
– Bringing organisations on board with Business Analysis and championing its role
– Adoption of Business Analysis into organisations
