This is a broad position and offer you the chance to work on a range of projects across retail, finance and logistics, from technology projects to processes and change.
This is a new opening within an evolving team where you will work within Business Change to analyse and document the processes and requirements required for a successful delivery of change

This will include
Supporting the creation of business cases as required
Gathering, creating, and documenting agreed business requirements for the project
Gathering, creating, and documenting 'as is' and 'to be' policies, processes and procedures, including transition
Identifying and documenting the business change impacts to inform 'Business Readiness Plans'
Supporting Business Acceptance testing activities, ensuring the delivered solution meets the agreed business requirements
You will be an experienced Business Analyst who is ideally BA certified. You will have worked across a range of business process projects in technology, retail and / or finance.

You will have the ability to analyse requirements and processes and provide solutions, structure, gap analyses regarding project deliverables
You will have experience of working with one or more change methodologies and practices (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and able to bring a relevant and effective analytical 'toolset' and experience
You will be able to demonstrate the types of projects you have worked on and their impact to the business, able to talk through tangible results and benefits
This is a hybrid position that would require you to spend a day or two in the office each week
