Commercial Property/Development Solicitor - Brighton
This is a great opportunity for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join an award winning Legal 500 firm in Brighton.
Working with an established team your caseload will comprise of a mix of commercial property work including dealing with freehold and leasehold titles, drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases and agreements for lease, acting for landlords and tenants and acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.
Ideally you will also have development experience or be interested in this.
