Ready for the move into a leadership role and stretch yourself in an exciting fast growing manufacturing environment?
Then this could be you! We seek to appoint hands on finance leader who will roll up their sleeves to organise and develop a team, business partner the Group Finance Director and other heads of dept and support across the business.
What are we after?
A post qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) possessing a background in a fast-moving manufacturing business holding not only a high level of technical financial knowledge, but proven leadership skills developed in demanding settings.
You will lead the team and provide a full and comprehensive financial management service to the group by ensuring and the team have the requisite skills to deliver against the agreed goals of the dept.
Separately your outputs will enable you to participate in improving performance of the group and such that the finance function will be well regarded for the provision of accurate and clear information, well presented and in line with the needs of the audience concerned.
This role represents an excellent stepping stone to become a Finance Director pr CFO and your track record will need to demonstrate strong organisation skills, the ability to prioritise tasks, manage team workloads and demonstrate the ability of identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement.
