Interim HR Operations Team Leader for leading media organisation in Peterborough, 3–4 month contract, GBP15–18ph

Your new company
My client in the media industry in Peterborough are seeking a to recruit a temporary HR Operations Team Leader to support their UK business on an interim basis for 3–4 months.

Your new role
As the HR Operations Team Leader, reporting into the Head of HR Operations, you will be responsible for streamlining the processes between the HR Operations Team and the wider UK HR team.

You will serve as the escalation point for the HR administration team to support with Tier 1 employee/manager issues arising from HR administration processes. You will also be the point of co–ordination for updating our People Resource Centre and working with wider HR team on integrating wider HR projects into HR Operational processes.

What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate, you will have gained experience in a similar role. You will have strong communication skills and have experience of advising and managing both teams and individual HR issues.

What you'll get in return
In return, you receive a competitive hourly rate of GBP15–18. Flexible and hybrid working options are available.
