Head of Operational Management–Electricity Connections Up to GBP84K Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk Are you a highly experienced Electrical Engineer within the UK Power Industry looking for a senior prestigious position at the head office of a large, national, growing utilities company. The company have an excellent reputation with the utilities distribution sector and are multi award winning for how they treat and develop staff. The role will be responsible for the management of the 132kV Network Management Systems enabled control room including Operational activities, management of electrical faults and customer support. This will include management of staff, strategy, procedures and health & safety. The role Full time, permanent senior level position based at the companies head office, working for a large, national utilities company. Second line management of the Control Room providing strategic direction, guidance, monitoring, and reporting on all aspects of control room & operational activities up to 132kV Ensuring adherence to the Emergency Response Call Handling Providing technical support to ensure Control Room & on–site complianceThe Person HNC/Degree in Electrical Engineering plus relevant health and safety qualification and EUSR (CSCS) Card. Experience leading teams, in relation to Primary Sub–stations, including 132kV Network Management Systems. Understanding of 132kV Control Room & Primary Sub–station Management and Control.
