ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER

An Independent Property Consultancy with offices throughout the UK is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate Level Project Manager to join their Southbank based Office. With 40 years in the industry, this firm has led the way as one of the largest independent practices. The right person would be coming on–board to service the current workload of investor led commercial fit–out and refurbishment projects as well as residential, retail and industrial schemes. You d be working on projects typically around GBP5m to GBP30m. This role is ideal for a Senior Project Manager looking to make the step up to Associate level. Requirements: MRICS with a strong Building Surveying or technical background 3–5 years experience Proven track record delivering successful fit–out and refurb projects Happy being client facing Salary: GBP60,000 – GBP80,000 base salary Car allowance Bonus scheme Private Health Care.
