Commercial Lawyer - 3+ PQE
Location: Exeter
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a leading Top 50 firm with a base in Exeter as a Commercial Lawyer, as this nationally renowned team begins to build its commercial offering in the South West. As the first Commercial Lawyer to be based out of this firms' Exeter office, you will have the chance to be an integral part of its growth.
You would be working for a broad and diverse client base ranging from large corporates to small start-ups and family businesses on the full range of commercial matters, including: standard terms and conditions, partnership agreements, joint ventures, development agreements, outsourcing agreements, bespoke service contracts and IT/data/IP issues. The national team work across numerous sectors and the firm looking for a lawyer who is confident in their ability to bring in new work.
