The Role:
  • This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join the firm's dynamic office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
  • The Legal 500 ranked Commercial team are regarded as one of the most successful of its type, regularly representing FTSE 250 clients & public sector organisations on high-profile transactions and regulatory matters
  • As such, you will have a diverse and complex caseload, including negotiating large outsourcing deals, drafting supply contracts, IT services agreements and data protection issues
  • As an experienced Solicitor, you will also have the opportunity to supervise the junior members of the team and get involved in business development

  • An experienced Commercial Solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE
