Are you an experienced commercial solicitor looking to join a thriving Legal 500 firm in Birmingham?
As part of the growing Commercial team, you will work closely with leading industry experts who will support you in honing your technical ability.
You will be offered an opportunity to work across a wide range of sectors such as life sciences, health, technology, education, and charities.
Your workload will involve drafting and advising on commercial contracts including collaboration agreements, IP licenses and clinical trial agreements.
Ideally you will be over 2 years' PQE, have gained experience in commercial contracts and some exposure to IP law. You will be capable technically, ambitious, client-focussed, and commercially astute.
