They're looking for an Associate Director of Cost Management to partner with clients on the capital's most complex and high–value projects. The job This is a senior position with responsibility for managing construction project budgets and expenses from early cost guidance to final account settlement. In addition to managing client connections, responsibility also include directing and coordinating the efforts of the other Cost Management Team members assigned to the projects under consideration. In order to help young employees attain their full potential, you will also provide coaching and mentoring. In this position, you will support initiatives across a range of industries to provide you a diversified experience, although our specific concentration is on: Residential Commercial Universities Hotels Office Life Sciences Electrical and mechanical What you need We are interested in speaking to candidates who have an extensive background in Cost Management in a variety of sectors. You must be well acquainted with Cost Management techniques and have sound industry knowledge. Experience working on high–value projects in a consulting setting is highly preferred. You must have a degree and be an MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or MCIOB in order to be successful in this position (Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders).
