We have an exciting opportunity for a Interim Customer Service Supervisor on a full time, fixed term contract to join our team at our Rugby site. Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 Salary: GBP26,325 per annum Job Description Manage and maintain Claims Investigatory Log, ensuring all pertinent information is available for relevant departments Provide Customer Contract Manager with summary of claim findings daily Ensure the Customer Contract Manager is aware of any trends that are not the Warrens error i.e. poor packaging, late inbound goods, poor labelling Make recommendations based on information gathered during investigation Log any that are passed back to customer and monitor To carry out camera checks and report back findings Documenting claims received so they are visible to other departments Supporting POD administration tasks Manage, lead and direct the daily operations of your teams. Ensure team members understand and are equipped to undertake their roles to the best of their ability Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards Maintain agreed KPI s and report on performance and potential improvements Qualifications Attention to detail / accuracy Planning and organising skills Ability to work without direct supervision Adaptable and methodical approach to work Conscientious and reliable Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines Able to work as part of a team or individually Considerable experience working in a customer facing environment Passion for delivery of excellent customer service within an ever growing business Good written and verbal communications Ability to lead a team and manage performance objectives through one to ones and staff appraisals A creative approach to problem solving and managing a team Additional Information In return for your passion, hard work and determination in providing outstanding service to our customers we offer: Competitive salary Culina Group Reward+ Employee Benefits Pension scheme Life Assurance Legal Assistance Great staff facilities Training and development and many more
