An opportunity has arisen within an award-winning global professional services firm for an in-house employment lawyer to join a growing team of 4. The business is a market leader in their area and continue to invest in operational areas in line with growth.
Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the lead employment lawyer will:
- Provide legal support to senior stakeholders and HR colleagues;
- Identify and provide updates on employment law matters to the business;
- Support on regulatory matters;
- Prepare documentation for contentious and non-contentious employment matters; and
- Manage external counsel.
You:
- 2-4 PQE employment solicitor with experience in non-contentious and contentious matters;
- Excellent academics and training in a large law firm environment;
- Ideally you will have given advice in other jurisdictions.
This is a rare opportunity for an employment solicitor to make the move in-house, the role also offers the opportunity to mentor and lead within the growing legal team. The business is extremely successful and driven by some very impressive individuals.
