Principal Associate - Birmingham - £65,000 -£70,000
This an exciting opportunity for an Associate Solicitor or Principal Associate to join a Leading Legal 500 Defendant Insurance firm. You will be joining their Healthcare team defending claims on behalf of the NHS Resolution and NHS Trust.
You will handle a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated Clinical Negligence cases from instruction to conclusion and be part of an award winning firm. The firm offer hybrid working which means you can work from home up to 3 days a week.
You will be a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 5 years experience in Clinical Negligence, a sound knowledge of the CPR with experience managing your own caseload.
