Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will support and be responsible for providing a responsive, commercially focused, and comprehensive management function. Be accountable for generating and delivering annual and medium-term strategic plans in line with the Group direction and strategy.

Key responsibilities
- Supporting the senior finance manager by providing monthly reports, ensuring the financial and operational results are accurate and concise including action-oriented and business focused commentary when provided to the business unit teams.
- Serving as a business partnering liaison for the business providing commercial and financial support within the business unit.
- Providing support to the senior finance manager for budgeting and extended business planning considering at a 5-year plan reflecting all relevant business plans and material issues.
- Working as a financial and operational analyst in support of the senior finance manager proactively and reactively and generating advice for delivering optimal operational performance.
- Operating as a business performance manager you will be proactive and provide action-oriented support to efficiently deliver the best mid term financial and operational results.
- Interacting with the Group finance and senior finance manager to ensure group accounting, transaction and billing capabilities are appropriate for the business unit.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Commercial Finance experience with financial modelling and analysis in large complex companies is advantageous.
- Innovative problem solver and decision maker comfortable to work across time zones and cultures, who is proactive with the ability to effectively manage various projects while adhering to deadlines.
- Experience of SAP, Tableau and Adaptive Insights systems an advantage.
- Robust verbal and written communications skills with the ability to draw high quality analysis out of the results that drive decisions in the business unit.
- A technically strong commercially astute Finance Manager able to influence others with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, having a good appreciation of core best practice financial accounting standards, policies, processes, and systems.
