We Build Recruitment are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a high end fit out project starting soon in Manchester.
- Start date – 10th October
- 12 months work, potential for a lot more afterwards
- GBP300/day (CIS or Ltd Company available)
- High End Fitout Project in Manchester
Duties Include
- Managing health & safety
- Managing budgets
- Pre–development work on upcoming projects next year
- Managing programme of works
- Reporting to clients and stake holders, and overseeing subcontractors
The successful candidate will:
- Have a fit out background (ideally high end)
- Have experience in overseeing projects from start to finish
- Have experience in overseeing a number of projects at one time
