My client is looking to hire a Commercial Project Manager to ensure the implementation of a new ERP system for finance/ accounting/ legal within the Media Transformation portfolio is delivered on–time, within scope and within budge at their City of London office. This system is used internally and by customers and suppliers across Europe and Asia. Client Details My client is a leading Media data analytic and brand consulting group, looking to hire a Commercial Project Manager to join their City of London office. Description The key responsibilities of the Commercial Project Manager at my Media client would be: Develop key milestone / activity plans to deliver objectives and scope Establish reporting arrangements to monitor and track progress Coordinate internal resources / stakeholders and 3rd parties / vendors Identify and manage dependencies within and across multiple work stream Manage changes to programmes/projects including scope, schedule and costs Anticipate and resolve complex problems or key risks / issues in a timely and effective manner Manage relationships with key stakeholder Profile The successful Commercial Project Manager will have: Proven track record in building and managing Programme Office processes – 6 years+ experience Strategic perspective – able to synthesise information to develop insight and add value Collaborative working style – able to work consultatively with project teams at programme start up and to ensure common standards and sharing best practice Excellent client–facing skills – able to work with mid–senior stakeholders Consistent follow through – works with projects to actively manage risks, issues and dependencies – not just track them Detail oriented – comfortable with developing highly robust information that can withstand close scrutiny from executive management Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence and persuade at all levels Must be proficient at using MS Office and other desktop applications to create and maintain exceptionally high quality programme office documents, tools and reports In–depth knowledge of PMO tools and processes required to support a large business transformation programme Professional Programme and / or Project Management qualifications Job Offer On offer for the successful Commercial Project Manager: Hybrid working at their City of London office Up to GBP550 per day inside IR35 6 month contract, will possible extension
