The business has seen significant growth to revenues, as well as personnel, increasing its headcount considerably over the past 12 months in particular. The business is highly progressive, bolstering on additional revenue channels that have contributed to its organic growth, as well as through committed capital by the owning firm.About The RoleThe Interim Finance Director will join the business on a 9–12 month basis, with one of two paths available: the role can remain purely interim, handing over to the incoming permanent placement in 2023, or should the interim decide the role is a strong opportunity for the longer term, then permanency is absolutely on the table.The Finance Director will be the number one in Finance, reporting directly to CEO who is a truly dynamic and inspiration leader within the business, cultivating a best in class culture across the C–Suite and beyond. Sitting on the Board, who themselves are an enthusiastic, passionate group that remain highly visible across the business, and having direct reporting/presenting lines to the Investors themselves (you will, at times, travel to London), the Finance Director will use their exceptional strategic and commercial acumen to influence short and long term business plans (cash management, fund raising, business acquisitions etc). Comparatively, your mentoring and nurturing qualities will aid the development and continued growth of the Finance team culture and it's personnel. As well as all the excitement that comes with a Senior role sitting at Board level, an important factor within this position will be your willingness to provide classic 'roll the sleeves up' support. An 'all in' mindset is felt across the business, and this doesn't escape those at the top of the ladder.
