Working closely with our internal web developers, you will be liaising with business stakeholders and other subject matter experts to identify, document and analyse business needs and requirements.
• Support and lead the analysis phase within projects, these will be mainly website, but will also include aApp and software developments.
• dentify and capture business requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Define and understand processes from both As–Is and To–Be perspectives.
• Support the developers and actively remove blockers where possible.
• Produce epics and user stories.
• Produce high level test plans and test exit reports.
• Carryout functional and integration testing to ensure that the end product is fit for purpose and meets the business requirements.
• Ensure the project deliverables conform to all regulatory requirements.
• Arrange and chair meetings with Stakeholders and 3rd Parties where necessary.
• Assisting the Senior Project Manager with delivery of projects, including producing status reports and managing project plan and RAID logs..
• Responsible for the management of some small to medium sized projects.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT Business Analyst role, working on web projects
• CMS knowledge desirable.
• Experience of working on digital projects, ideally in an agile environment, but Waterfall experience also beneficial.
• A self–starter attitude and willing to get involved in all aspects of the SDLC.
• Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non–technical stakeholders
• Experience of writing user stories, workflows and Business Requirements Documents
• Good understanding of information technology
• Experience of using Shortcut or Jira desirable.
Working Hours
Hybrid working, with willingness to travel to office as and when required. On average 1–2 days per week.
Minimum 40 hour working week in line with business needs.
