Brook Street are currently looking for a passionate, driven, and innovative individual to join our Legal client's diverse and ambitious team as a Business Development Manager. This is a varied role, which will provide key support to the Business Development Director. The primary focus will be on team management and the delivery of business development projects.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

To provide experienced business development input and effective managerial support to the Business Development Director, in order to help deliver the firm's Business Development strategy and all of the associated projects
Planning
Marketing
BD Team Management
PR
Supplier Management
Budget Management

What do we need from you?

As a potential Business Development Manager, our client will need you to have the following competencies:

You'll have a strong background in Business Development
Up–to–date knowledge of BD best practice in the legal or wider professional services sector
Proven project management experience
Proven experience of the whole pitch process and creation of pitch documentation in appropriate format(s)
Proven IT skills
Experience of key account marketing would be an advantage
A recognised relevant marketing or business qualification such as the CIM Advanced Certificate is desirable
