Interim Finance Manager – Central London – Fast Growth Tech Scale Up

Harmonic are delighted to partner exclusively with a fast growth Tech scale up who are on the lookout for their next Finance Manager, starting on an interim basis. The role is being pitched as a 6 month contract, however there is a strong possibility that it converts to a permanent role if that is what the candidate wants.

The Finance Director is looking to drive a number of commercial and group changes, and she needs a new number 2 urgently to help free up her time in order to focus on a number of strategic challenges.

Your Objectives:

• Review accounting processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations
• Coordinating month–end timetable ensuring all parties deliver on time
• Produce month end and year end accounts
• Assist with audit queries and tax matters
• Produce Ad–hoc reports and analysis as and when required
• Assist with preparation of budgets when required
• Provide accurate financial information to aid senior management with key decision making
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
• The successful preparation of consolidated accounts over different business entities. Aiding and approving the statutory accounts preparations across the entities
• Day to day management of payroll, creditors, banking, expenses and ad hoc customer requests

What you need:

Strong communication skills

Experience working with a fast–growing enterprise

Offered Package:

GBP325 – GBP400 on a day rate, or up to GBP70,000 FTC
