Read on.. this could be your future role!You will be key to ensuring the effective delivery of learning and organisational development initiatives and will play an important role in developing the career paths of employees. In this role you will have frequent interaction with diverse stakeholder groups, including learners, managers and senior leaders:Other responsibilities will include:
- Design, delivery and facilitation of core development programmes and workshops to include onboarding, performance management, wellness and DE&I
- Design learning interventions for new starters, management development and high–potentials
- Developing and implementing seasonal learning initiatives and programmes
- Development and management of digital learning resources, via the LMS
- Help managers to develop their teams through coaching skills and skills–gap analysis

This company is a market leader, delivering critical services. They have aggressive growth history and plans to continue that growth and therefore continue growing the L&D team. You will be involved in a variety of projects and enjoy working on several projects at any one time.The role can mainly be managed remotely but with visits to London a couple of times a month for team meetings.
