Learning and Development Business Partner

In this role you will have frequent interaction with diverse stakeholder groups, including learners, managers and senior leaders:Other responsibilities will include:

• Design, delivery and facilitation of core development programmes and workshops to include onboarding, performance management, wellness and DE&I
• Design learning interventions for new starters, management development and high–potentials
• Developing and implementing seasonal learning initiatives and programmes
• Development and management of digital learning resources, via the LMS
• Help managers to develop their teams through coaching skills and skills–gap analysis
• Performance Management
• Organisation Development
• Evaluation & Metrics

This company is a market leader, delivering critical services. They have aggressive growth history and plans to continue that growth and therefore continue growing the L&D team. You will be involved in a variety of projects and enjoy working on several projects at any one time.The role can mainly be managed remotely but with visits to London a couple of times a month for team meetings.
