The OpportunityAre you looking for your next contract role to start on or before 1st November 2022?An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Finance Manager to join a manufacturing business for a period of around 4 months, seeing the business through its December year end.This role will manage the day–to–day finance function, including management of a small Finance team. Responsibilities will include preparing stat accounts, month/quarter/year end accounts close, group reporting and leading the audit. About YouThis role is suited to an experienced Finance Manager who is ready to start on or before 1st November, to receive a full handover from the outgoing incumbent. Other requirements include:
- Confident with preparation of management and statutory accounts.
- Manufacturing experience beneficial
- Strong people management skills
- Ideally ACA qualified or qualified by experience
- Ideal start date 1st November
- Full and thorough handover – joining a supportive team
- Hybrid working available with strong office presence encouraged.
- Working hours: 08:30–17:00 (some flex on start/finish times)
- Annual holiday entitlement: 25 days holiday + bank holiday
