Transformation Business Partner

The successful candidate will be responsible for the followings:

• To support the transformation lead and support the implementation and business partner the facilitation of the transformation agenda.
• Create a change impact analysis and communicate appropriate clear understanding to all stakeholders, support and incorporate recommendations through appropriate diagnosis.
• Collate and map all changes across the organisation.
• Scope, plan and facilitate the transformation people plan to the implement the changes.
• Facilitate all the people changes required as part of the transformation project.
• Create an impact analysis identifying critical areas and dependencies that could create risk or disruption.
• Support the architecture of job descriptions and role mapping.
• Identify all development needs through skills audits and consult L&D in the facilitation.
• Promote the plan and support the organisation in understanding context and the need for change.
• Support change management to map the impact of change across the organisation. Plan and manage the impact of change for our people.
• Map the people resource required to implement and support the organisation to build and manage this resource.
