About the role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our TA Team and work remotely to attract high–quality candidates, whilst maintaining solid relationships with all key stakeholders for vacancies across our business areas.
In this role you will also work closely with the hiring managers to provide recruitment expertise, knowledge and guidance. You will be responsible for candidate management, hiring manager communication, attraction, selection, process development and reporting.

In this role you will:
Manage day to day management of all levels of recruitment
Develop relationships with line managers to understand hiring requirements
Use a variety of direct sourcing methodologies to provide talent pipelines and increase the DS Smith employer within the locality of our sites.
Work with central DS Smith teams to provide a great line manager and candidate experience
Track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring process; regularly communicate status and results through weekly reporting
About you
Minimum requirements:
Experienced talent acquisition professional with experience of direct sourcing candidates
Business Partnering skills with excellent stakeholder management experience
Project management skills and ability to manage third party suppliers.
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Comfortable working with Microsoft Tools – particularly Excel and Word
Preferred requirements:
Industry knowledge and experience beneficial but not essential.
Experience of Workday ATS
