Group Quality Director

Adecco are pleased to be partnering with a leading Medical Device manufacturing business. The company is looking to hire a Global Quality Director, who will take responsibility for setting up the group quality strategy, ensuring compliance throughout. Given the nature of the role, traveling to different sites will be vital and form about 20% of your time. Therefore, it is important, should you apply to this position, that you are open and comfortable with international travel. Projects you will focus on include: Responsibility for the performance of 90+ staff across 9 manufacturing sites globally Driving standardisation and continuous improvements across the Quality Management System monitoring team performance for compliance Plan and lead audits by various Notified Bodies (main focus being the EU and FDA) Develop and implement the long term strategy and vision for the business Quality functionForming part of the Senior Management team it is essential that you have had the following experience: Ability to develop and manage a high–performing team Demonstrated management of multiple quality teams, across the UK or internationally 10 years of Medical Device experience in a complex manufacturing environment Working knowledge of ISO9001/ISO13485/ FDA QSR 21 CFR 820/MDD/MDRShould this position be of interest and you would like to learn more, please apply with an up to date CV and I will be in touch.
