Interim Financial Controller - 9 Month Contract

Interim Financial Controller – 9 month contracts Search are looking to appoint several new Financial Controller positions on a 9 month basis for a leading Investment Bank within their Glasgow office. You will be responsible for preparing and filing liquidity and funding reporting returns. This will require an element of business partnering with internal and external stakeholders, so the ability to communicate finance clearly to non–finance stakeholders is essential. Responsibilities: Investigate, design, and test logic for 6G reporting in line with project plan and regulatory guidance Document processes and products in line with regulatory standards Create and maintain strong working relationships with the wider business teams Analyse, review and design logic for 6G reporting in line regulations and ongoing projects Assist with IT automation initiatives Experience required: Previous experience building strong relationships with a variety of different stakeholders Ability to handle complex data and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication skills Experience presenting data in an appropriate format with various technology platforms Relevant work experience in the financial services industry (Financial/Product Control or Treasury/Funding) is preferred
