Partner Financial are working with a Global Music business who are looking to appoint a Senior Finance Analyst to join its Global Reporting and Analysis team. The business has a strong foothold in the global market and have continued to be successful, growing their international presence over the years.
Reporting to the Global Reporting and Analysis Manager, you will be a key member of the team, collecting, analysing and delivering industry datasets for the business, providing an excellent understanding of international music markets.
The key responsibilities will include:
Reporting to the Global Reporting and Analysis Manager, you will be a key member of the team, collecting, analysing and delivering industry datasets for the business, providing an excellent understanding of international music markets.
The key responsibilities will include:
- Providing regular insight on key industry datasets, such as quarterly market size/market share reporting and music subscriber figures
- Supporting the preparation and updating of forecast models to provide industry revenue outlooks
- Working with different global teams to develop an understanding of key issues, developing solutions and providing robust and consistent data and analysis that can be used to support industry initiatives
- Keeping up to date with industry developments and market trends, and new products, providing support to different stakeholders across the business on decision making
- Liaising with the development team to identify and develop opportunities to improve the different systems and processes
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Excellent excel skills, comfortable working in a fast paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- A pro-active individual who can work in a dynamic team and deliver projects to tight deadlines
- Ability to design and prepare presentations concisely and effectively
- Strong experience working with large datasets from multiple sources and transforming data into information and insights with excellent summary skills
