JMF Associates are partnering with an exciting, ambitious Advertising Agency at the forefront of their sector. They are now looking to bring on board an experienced CFO initially for 3 months to work with the CEO and Finance Director. This is a pivotal role to define strategy, vision and direction. It will utilise all your strong commercial acumen as well as your financial training to shape the future of this innovative Group.

You will be the strategic business partner of the CEO and the Board to assist them in shaping the business as they enter the next growth phase.
  • Develop systems to enable the business to scale up, with minimum disruption
  • Lead on all operational finance
  • Work closely with the CEO to develop the business model factoring in all the risks
  • Lead FP&A, develop KPIs and business analysis including revenue projections and forecasting
The ideal person will have a proven track record as a commercial CFO, with an eye for detail, entrepreneurial, analytical, and someone who revels in business transformation. The ability to delegate, motivate and inspire as a leader with confidence and clarity of vision.
