Marks Sattin Executive Search has an exciting opportunity for a commercially-driven CFO to join a fast-growing PE-Backed Tech Enabled Services business based in North West England. This is a rewarding opportunity for a charismatic and enthusiastic CFO to define the strategic direction of a business as a CFO, leading to an ultimate exit in the next 2-3 years.
Partnering with the CEO and Senior Management team, you will be a valued contributor to executive-level strategy, fulfilling the business's ambitious plans.
Significant growth will be achieved through the execution of a commercial strategy, focused on adding financial and operational value, involve the preparation of detailed and incisive performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting. This will ultimately lead to a successful and lucrative exit in the near future.
Excellent communication and leadership skills will be demonstrated with the day-to-day management of the finance function. This will involve overseeing financial and legal processes, managing relationships with lenders, and improving systems.

The ideal candidate must have:
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably chartered.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in a PE Backed a fast-growing technology or software company, with strong familiarity with tech enabled services.
- Ability to operate at senior level with a proven track record of strategic thinking and a 'can-do' attitude to driving business growth
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in leading a Private Equity through a successful exit is highly desirable
