Role - Financial Reporting Manager Location - Knutsford Salary - Between £55,000 and £65,000 + benefits
Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a growing manufacturing business in their search for a Financial Reporting Manager to work out of their Warrington office.
The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA qualified and would ideally suit someone looking to make their first or second move out of practice. Strong technical accounting skills are absolutely essential and any experience of consolidating accounts would be preferable. Advanced Excel skills are crucial and any exposure to working with an ERP system would be a distinct advantage. Excellent staff management skills are crucial as is the ability to work to tight deadlines. Any exposure to working within a manufacturing environment would be a distinct advantage. Key duties for the Financial Controller role will involve:
Salary for the role is anywhere between £55,000 and £65,000

- Year-end external audit and production of statutory accounts
- Leadership on the financial control framework
- Corporation Tax
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Key contact for auditors and banking partners
- Lead in the development and improvement of processes, controls and systems
- Management of the finance team
