Churchill Howard are working with a FTSE 250 manufacturing organisation as they build a new team to drive profitability across all business units.
Created with the objective of cost saving across the group, this team are setting out to change processes and behaviours across all units to drive performance.
You will be the key person to bring the numbers to life for Heads of Finance across the group. This commercially focused Finance Business Partner role will deliver better management information, analysis and FP&A across the Head Office function and various business units.
Specific duties include:
You'll be credible and able to influence at a senior level in both finance and non-finance, with strong leadership experience and an enviable track record to date; you'll be ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified with a progressive career history and be capable of operating at the highest level.
Large business experience preferred but not essential.
Interviews beginning early October 2022.

- Prepare management information with analysis on revenues & costs.
- Assist budgeting & forecasting activities including in-year reviews.
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to non-finance leaders; provide financial insight as necessary.
- Produce financial models to enable decision support; likewise improve management reporting.
- To establish and lead on the ongoing development and reporting of key Commercial initiatives, linking KPIs and performance metrics to financial performance
- To support the National, Regional Finance teams and Commercial Management teams in the understanding of performance against initiatives and benchmarking of KPIs
- Contribute to forecasting of Commercial outputs led by the National Finance team
