Interim Reward Manager - Bristol
6 Month contract (likely extention)
GBP250-400 pay (via umbrella company
Flexible hybrid working (Min 1 day a week on site)
Our client, a prestigious and well know education centre are looking to identify an interim Reward Manager to take on a 6-9-month project aiming to change and improve their current job/benefit grading system.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement changes to the grading structure
- Support the procurement and development of discount schemes as the reward specialist
- Development of trial policies for the reward package
Experience needed
- In depth experience of Reward and Benefits in a large organisation c2000 staff or more
- Reward policy and process at a senior level
- Experience of grade structure design
- Experience of job evaluation systems
- Experience of Trade Union consultation and negotiation
Desirable:
- Experience of Reward Management in Education
