Head of Product Marketing

Culture Recruitment Group is helping a collaborative and inclusive company in Coventry find a Head of Product Marketing to define their team's short, medium, and long–term product strategy. This full–time Marketing role comes with a salary of GBP(phone number removed) for your passion and dedication. You will be executing product strategies through a talented team of product marketers to drive sales growth and profitability of product categories in this role. The Head of Product Marketing will also act as the Product Manager for the company's Automation products and solutions. A full UK driving license and the ability to travel are required to apply. During your first few weeks in this Head of Product Marketing role, you can expect to begin work on some of the following: Build and execute a clear product strategy both short and medium term, taking into all aspects of the marketing mix across all offers Guide, develop, and inspire a team of product marketers Conduct performance management of the product marketing team Own the overall Product Strategy and Product Marketing operational plan and build and drive KPIsThe successful Head of Product Marketing applicant will have 3–5 years of experience in product marketing and a Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, as well as Marketing or Business. Additional qualifications include: People management experience in a pure product marketing role Experience working in the industrial electrical/automation industry, building compelling product category strategies CRM and SAP experience Excellent IT knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)In return for your knowledge and expertise, you will receive a salary of GBP(phone number removed) and a favourable benefits package.
