FIND are a specialist recruitment business serving the Technology Training & Learning Consultancy markets.

We're recruiting for 3 x Sector Heads (Client Partners)

  1. Gov Sector (Including not–for–profit)
  2. Consumer Products (B2C & Manufacturing products)
  3. Life Sciences & Pharma

What do these guys do?

Our client hires under–represented Grads in the Technology space (Women, BAME communities, social mobility etc.) – they train them to an exceptional industry standard and deploy them into FTSE 100 & 250 markets in the UK.

They are one of the fastest growing Technology Consultancies in the UK with a significant growth trajectory ahead of them.

They are a group of Entrepreneurs, Educators & Technologists who are focused on making the Technology workforce a more inclusive place.

Why Recruiters?

The sales cycle & value–prop is very similar. There's less competition and your solution isn't only a 'talent find' offer – you truly fix the diversity & inclusion issues that exist in the Technology workforce.

The buyer of this service is IT Director, CTO, Line Management inside the Tech departments – all similar buyers to Recruitment.

HR/TA are less involved in this sales cycle.

We're interested in any IT background – but these guys provide talent solutions in:

  • DevOps
  • Software Dev
  • Data Science & Analysis
  • Cloud

Vertical market understanding would be great –

Central & Local Gov

Pharma & Life Sciences

Consumer Products

Role profile:

  • You'll have no involvement in Candidate journey whatsoever – you have an engagement team who manage all candidate experience.
  • The Sector Head will be a sales budget owner – responsible for new–logo & account growth (40/60%)
  • Own & create the GTM strategy and client relationship management focus.

Location: London (c2 days a week) hybrid working

Salary & benefits:

  • You'll likely be around GBP70,000 – GBP90,000 basic
  • OTE – cGBP30,000 in Year 1. Uncapped
  • 25 days leave + bank holidays
