The Role?
Our client is currently searching for an experienced Head of Operations, to join their business to design and deliver a robust operations strategy throughout the company including recruitment performance and sales.
You will manage your work remotely but will be expected to travel to London once a month.
Within this role you will partner with the CEO to drive future growth and profitability within the business. You will have experience of working in a start–up environment or a fast–paced high growth company, with the knowledge and insight to improve overall effectiveness.
The ideal candidate?
- Experience in the Executive Search or Recruitment industry (high level appointments) is essential.
- Demonstrable experience as a highly effective Head of Operations, in a start–up recruitment environment.
- The ability to lead from the front, confidently motivate a team and build excellent relationships.
- Experience of P&L, HR, Legal and Commercial Operations is also advantageous.
- Proficient in the use of CRM, database & IT systems, (Vincere, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Microsoft 365).
