Up to GBP550 Per day depending on experience

(Outside IR35), Hybrid (London)

STOIX are working with a global consulting business with multi–billion pounds revenues. They are at the initial stage of a global programme of transformation and growth, following strategic review and subsequent 5–year roadmap.

They are seeking an Interim Reporting Transformation Consultant to help develop their accounting policy rules, controls framework and processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop the businesses accounting and reporting policy and controls framework.
• Assess and document current process flows and implement efficiencies.
• Identify control weaknesses and suggest recommendations.
• Apply US GAAP and IFRS in order to establish accounting policies for the Group.
• Identify adjustments needed from current methods of accounting.
• Present findings to group for review.
• Technical and reporting ad hoc tasks pertaining to year–end.

The successful candidate:

• ACA qualified from a top 10 practice.
• Demonstrable working knowledge and understanding of IFRS and US GAAP in practice or industry.
• Broad systems and controls experience.
• Ability to work in the detail with little guidance.
• Excellent excel skills and ability to contend with large, complex data sets.
• Experience working in a complex, multinational business.
