Interim Reward Manager – Bristol

6 Month contract (likely extention)

GBP250–400 pay (via umbrella company

Flexible hybrid working (Min 1 day a week on site)

Our client, a prestigious and well know education centre are looking to identify an interim Reward Manager to take on a 6–9–month project aiming to change and improve their current job/benefit grading system.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement changes to the grading structure
  • Support the procurement and development of discount schemes as the reward specialist
  • Development of trial policies for the reward package

Experience needed

  • In depth experience of Reward and Benefits in a large organisation c2000 staff or more
  • Reward policy and process at a senior level
  • Experience of grade structure design
  • Experience of job evaluation systems
  • Experience of Trade Union consultation and negotiation
  • Desirable: Experience of Reward Management in Education
