To be offered this job, you will need to have relevant, up to date experience within regulatory compensation, within financial services, ideally IFPR and / or AIFM / CRD.
Career experience related to Material Risk Takers (MRT) would be highly advantageous.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Monitoring the evolving regulatory environment
• Tracking the relevant populations of Material Risk Takers for various entities
• Preparing materials for the relevant UK and Global committees
• Design and modelling of reward structures to align with the regulations as required.
• All regulatory reporting, including High Earners Report and Disclosures.
• Regularly reviewing and updating policies and documentation
• Ad–hoc regulatory and non–regulatory projects and support to the wider Total Rewards team, as appropriate
Skills and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel required – complex formulae, formatting, analyzing large amounts of data, etc.
• Hands–on experience of EU remuneration regulation within Financial Services
• Deferred compensation or retirement plan administration experience a plus
• Strong analytical, research, and problem–solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients or partners
• Organized and detail oriented with strong time management skills
• Discretion in taking care of confidential information and senior–level leaders.
• Capacity to multi–task, balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic and changing environment
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines combined with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Self–starter and thrives in a collaborative environment.
• The ideal candidate will be able to navigate through ambiguity and remain flexible and adaptable to change in order to provide high impact to the organization.
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, etc.) a plus

• Understanding of Carried Interest plans is desirable
