Opportunity to shape and deliver Early Careers recruitment strategy for EMEA. The role holder will need to design, implement, and deliver a recruitment strategy in line with industry standard and strategic business priorities. The successful candidate will initially be responsible for sourcing high–calibre talent for 3 key Early Careers programmes, across EMEA, to advance our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) ambitions.

Description
- Manage the end–to–end hiring process for the early careers programmes, from attraction and marketing, to recruitment and on–boarding.
- Partner with Early Careers Lead to understand the nature, objectives, structure and requirements of early careers programmes and develop and execute recruitment strategy in line with approved headcount plans.
- Oversee candidate management and updating the internal ATS (Success Factors) to accurately reflect recruitment and hiring outcomes in a timely manner.
- Utilise our ATS (Success Factors) effectively to ensure recruitment process compliance, minimise GDPR risk and increase data quality.
- Design and implement an attraction and events strategy for the Industrial Placement programme.
- Manage the recruitment selection and assessment process for the Industrial Placement programme.
- Engage with universities and student ambassadors to continue building an early careers brand on campus.
Profile
- Experience working within Recruitment or Early Careers Recruitment.
- Understanding of the EMEA Early Careers Recruitment landscape and key market themes.
- Effective communication skills, experience of candidate and stakeholder management both internally and externally.
- Project management experience preferable.
- Pro activity and drive to achieve results.
- Ability to build trust and be credible within and outside the organisation.
- Patience to achieve results against agreed recruitment plans and time lines.
- Ability to see the big picture (aims and objectives of programmes, D&I focus, etc.) as well as zooming into the detail (executing on process)
- Ability and comfort working in a dynamic, fast–paced environment.
